Condolence Message
We have received the sad news of the death of Mr. Virginio Morales Novo, recognised as one of the most prestigious specialists in the tobacco business.
With more than four decades dedicated to agriculture, and in particular tobacco growing, Morales was currently advising thousands of producers of the aromatic leaf in Vuelta Abajo, the zone where the world’s best tobacco is produced, with his experience as an agricultural specialist.
In 2017 he was awarded as Habano Award in the category of Production, in gratitude for his work and contribution to the Habanos industry and its commercialization.
